I. Use and characteristic
GQ40(,GQ40 II ( II ,GQ4011I Steel bar cutting off machine is
suitable for cutting off ordinary carbon steel and hot rolling
round steel and thread steel and so on in each kind of reinforced
concrete in the architectural engineering, it also can be used for
cutting off fiat steel, square steel, thread steel and angle steel.
This machine is the most applicable and perfect dragging steel bar
equipment in the mechanical profession and the building profession,
it has the following merit:
I. Small volume, light weight, compact structure, solid and reliable;
II. Easy to lubricate: for it adopts the box type seal structure
and the gear splashes lubrication (the oil level is not supposed to
be higher than the vernier hachure, make the machine to be in
suitable lubrication condition all along);
III. Low power wastage: for the improving lubrication condition,
the gear axial-tab adopts rolling bearing, the resistance is small,
the power wastage can reduce1/3 in the same load compared to the
similar machine;
V. Convenient to move: for four wheel is well-grounded, high flexibility, stable and reliable, convenient to repair.
