1. Description
HQS500-type Concrete Pavement Joint-cutting Machine is the small cutting machine with the gasoline engine as the xpower,which researched & developed independently by my factory. It can cut the asphalt pavement, the concrete pavement, the marble plank pavement, the terrazzo pavement & various cement casing, etc. after it installed on the diamond saw blade. It can be used extensively for the highway construction, the construction engineering, the stone process, the cement casing, etc. & the other professions without power supply facilities.
The model's structure is simple, the physical volume is small and operates vivid, save energy, and have the characteristics of small vibration, the straight and even beauty chink, high efficiency, etc. It is the essential machine of various professions which are mentioned above.
This machine is the type of handing push headway with diamond saw blade on the main axle under the head of machine. The main axle is rounded by the gasoline engine with triangle belt. The hand round is which can regulate the cutting depth installed in the front of push-handle, around which turn to change the distance between the head run-wheel and the tail one, while the saw blade going up or down. The water tank is installed in the back of machine, used for cool off saw blade. The manufacture and examination match the national building profession standard JG/T5007.
